THE FEAST

A culinary showcase from Chef Dan Merriman, featuring the finest local produce,     including Aberdeen Angus beef from Angela McGregors's heritage herd, matured by                                                     Hatton Crook Deli, all within miles of the estate.                                         White and red wines are perfectly paired throughout the courses, with port served during the meal for a classic finish.
